3 ways to keep a new life-changing habit for good!

 

1- Plan the upcoming change and be organized: Write down your objective and 3 things you would do differently from now on. Begin today!

2- Relapse? No, learning is journey : A new habit is a  long term change, be positive about it. Next time you'll do better. 

3- Find solutions in advance:  if you know that one aspect will be very  difficult to achieve, find an alternative  before you face the situation.
