How I lost 10 pounds without to much effort

After 2 children, it's very difficult to get my shape back. 

I wrote and did Ez Diet Recipes meal plan and I lost 10 pounds! I'm proud of myself and now I can wear clothes I want.I feel much more in shape and energitic than before.  I made this diet nutricius, healthy and well-equilibrated. With the grocecy list and and nutrition tips, it was easy to follow without to much pain. Recipes are easy to make and included options every day.
