Good food is a life joy. But I have realized lately that I have an intimate relationship with food. I'm sad.. I eat. I feel lonely .. I look in the refrigerator.
I know I'm not really hungry but I can't control myself . A bit of chips, two cookies, three cookies.. At the end of the day, It's a lot of calories.. that my body didn't need at all.
